New Re:amaze Overview Report Helps Highlight Core Performance Statistics

There is now a brand new Overviews Report in Re:amaze Reporting to help you gain insights into how your team is performing. The Overviews Report is accompanied by graphs with hover-over and scroll-over capabilities to help you better visualize your data as well.

Some of the new metrics included in the Overviews Report include:

  • Volume over the last 24 hours
  • Volume over the last 30 days
  • Average response time over the last 30 days
  • Highest response time in the last 30 days
  • Attributed revenue over the last 30 days (if you’re using Shopify)
  • Daily volume trend (with full report access)
  • Channel conversations breakdown (with full report access)
  • Bot processed conversations (with full report access)
  • Staff performance leaderboard (with full report access)
  • Top response template usage (with full report access)

The Overviews Report is not a replacement for specific reports like the Volume Report or Staff Reports. It’s designed to give you an overview of things from 30,000 ft.

Having an Overviews Report will allow you to have a finger on the pulse of the health of your customer support team without needing to dive into detailed numbers and spending hours looking at data.

The Overviews Report is included with all Re:amaze plans and can be accessed by clicking on the “Reports” section of your Re:amaze dsahboard.
