New Internal Notes Filter For Re:amaze Conversations

For teams that leave a lot of internal notes among teammates it’s often difficult to scroll though hundreds of potential customer messages, staff messages, and internal notes just to find one specific note.

We’re introducing a new filter in conversations to help you more easily sort through your internal notes. By turning off customer messages and staff messages, you can now sort through just 1/3 of the content in a conversation to quickly find something.

To find this filter, look at the conversation header area and look for the small filter icon. Click on that to restrict the view to just display internal notes.

When you’re done searching through your notes, you can reset the filter to display the messages again.
