Award Winning Natural Foods Brand, CAULIPOWER, Increases Customer Engagement by 100% Using Re:amaze

I have to admit I’m a bit excited about today’s interview! Why? Because it’s with Stephanie Patino from CAULIPOWER. If you haven’t tasted a CAULIPOWER pizza, it’s time to run to your nearby Nugget Market, Raley’s Market, or even Safeway to see if you can find one! This one is a favorite of mine.

Stephanie is a Customer Service Specialist at CAULIPOWER and has been an important part of the adoption process when it comes to integrating Re:amaze with CAULIPOWER’s day to day operations.

Tell us about your CAULIPOWER! How and why did you decide to start this business? What’s your value and mission? Any press coverage?

CAULIPOWER is reinventing your favorite foods, one healthy meal hack at a time. We believe that everyone deserves access to tasty, affordable and nutritious alternatives to highly-processed foods. As part of its mission, CAULIPOWER proudly supports OneSun and the fight against childhood obesity by contributing to the creation of vegetable gardens at underserved schools throughout the country.

CAULIPOWER was born on a Pinterest fail. Really. As the mom of two boys with Celiac – an autoimmune disease leaving their bodies unable to process gluten – I tried desperately to find nutritious, gluten-free options that weren’t filled with fat, sugar, salt and calories.

Frustrated, I turned to a like-minded community of healthy hackers and stumbled upon recipes (lots of them) for cauliflower crust pizza. My creation tasted just fine, but it looked awful, my kitchen was a disaster and I had spent 90 minutes I didn’t have making a pizza crust!

I figured I probably wasn’t alone and, so, left my job to create CAULIPOWER.

To my sons, that generous community and anyone who is looking for better-for-you options that really do taste like our favorite comfort foods – thank you for the inspiration. My hope is that CAULIPOWER allows for more time to enjoy what nourishes you.

What customer service problems were you experiencing prior to shopping for a solution?

As CAULIPOWER grew as a company, so did the number of calls and emails from our awesome customers. It was extremely important for us to offer timely, accurate and helpful responses to everyone reaching out to us. We also knew we had to find a solution to better serve our CAULIPOWER crew.

If you can’t already tell, our customers are very important to us. They’re our heart and soul and we love them to infinity and beyond. We wanted to engage and create relationships with them as quickly as possible after they’ve reached out. In order to help us grow those connections, we also wanted an easily accessible history of our conversations. After searching for a software that was comprehensive and easy to use, Re:amaze was the perfect choice.

How did Re:amaze help you satisfy your business goals and did it help satisfy your customers’ expectations?

Re:amaze has helped us provide the service level we were looking for.
