Introducing Re:amaze AI (Beta)

Last Updated on November 1, 2023 by David

AI is here! Over the past few months we’ve witnessed the rise of AI in a wide range of practical applications through the launch of OpenAI’s ChatGPT. And while ChatGPT’s language and algorithmic model has been around since 2020 it was GPT-3.5 Turbo and GPT-4 that have truly revolutionized the way we think about, experience, and apply AI in our personal and business workflows.

Today, we’re proud to announce a wide range of AI-powered features in Re:amaze! As our first foray into AI, we thought long and hard about which parts of Re:amaze can benefit the most from AI. It started with analyzing various surface areas in which content generation, assisted language output, and historical context mapping overlap. Through in-depth customer interviews and research, our team landed on 5 specific features that will receive an AI overhaul to help you and your team succeed. Let’s dive in.

AI Cues

Re:amaze Cues is one of the most powerful tools any business can deploy right alongside Re:amaze Chat. It helps you engage customers who visit your website or web app in an efficient and targeted format that is easily digestible. However, writing the perfect Cue has never been the easy part. Short of having a copywriter or marketing professional, writing a succinct Cue message required a bit of trial and error.

You can now leverage AI to help you create the perfect Cue message by simply inputting a brief description of what you want to promote! Perfect grammar, full sentences, and context not required. AI will figure out what to emphasize, what to call out, and even which emojis to use and where.

AI Summary

When it comes to saving time, nothing will save more time than reducing the need to read through long back and forth conversations, especially conversations that have taken place a long time ago. When you’re working with a team where anyone can jump into a conversation, having access to a summary or synopsis will increase operational efficiency.

Summaries generated by AI can be accessed within individual Conversations as long as there are at least 10 back and forth messages between staff and customers. To refresh or update a summary, 5 more messages are required.

AI FAQ Articles

Having FAQ articles for your website or web app cannot be debated in terms of their usefulness and SEO benefits. However, FAQ articles are notoriously difficult to write because they require knowledge, time, and copy writing skills.

You can now create Re:amaze FAQ articles to be used on your website, website, or within your chat widget using AI. AI generated content is tailored to your specific details and formatted in a “best-practice” format. Generative AI for content such as FAQ articles is a perfect use for the natural language models we have today.

AI Response

We’ve now arrived at the most requested AI feature for Re:amaze; the ability to respond to customers using AI generated content copy. We don’t need to oversell the capacity for AI generated responses that can understand historical contexts AND craft a perfectly written response based on your minimal inputs.

Just imagine, generating a summary first using AI Summary and then inputting a few words as your response, and getting a fully crafted response that’s ready to send to customers. Mic drop.

AI Intents

Re:amaze Intents is one of the most used automation features among our paying customers. And it’s no surprise. Intents give you the ability to capture a wide range of customer questions and concerns to train a natural language model that’s capable of scoring future customer messages against an established pattern, giving you the ability to greatly automate your workflows. However, creating individual messages for Intent training has always been, let’s say, a bit time consuming.

And while there are benefits to using real customer messages that you’ve received for training, the infinite access to real world examples that AI has can easily surpass any known customer messages you might receive. Simply enter something such as “Do you have free shipping” and AI will instantly provide a list of common phrases used for asking this type of question. Training can be completed in under 20 seconds compared to 20 minutes.
