Role Permissions For Apps & Integrations

Last Updated on November 3, 2020 by David

You can now create roles with specific access apps and the features included in those app integrations.

What does this mean for you and your team? For example, if you use LoyaltyLion for rewards and points, you might not want to allow part-time customer support agents to be able to edit points and rewards. You can now create a role in Re:amaze to allow access to LoyaltyLion data but disallow the adjustment of points.

Keep in mind that these app-specific permissions is not yet available for all apps. To get started with setting up these new permissions, you can edit an existing role or create a new role under Re:amaze “Settings” > “Roles and Permissions”.
