Link Facebook Page in Embeddable

You can now show your Facebook Page link beside your Facebook Messenger account in Re:amaze Embeddables! Simply toggle it on in your Social Channels settings page and refresh your webpage!

Collect customers’ names and emails only when you’re out of office

Have you set up your office hours in your Re:amaze account? You can now collect customers’ names and emails only when you’re not in office. Re:amaze will handle the switchover automatically

Traditional Contact Form is back!

Do you prefer a traditional contact form in your Re:amaze Embeddable Shoutbox instead of the standard text entry field? You can now bring back a traditional contact form. Simply pick the “Traditional contact form” option in the Contact Mode.

Shopify and BigCommerce Hub apps

Using Re:amaze with Shopify or BigCommerce? Customers can now easily search for their order status directly inside the Re:amaze Shoutbox! For authenticated and signed-in customers, this will work automatically. For guest customers, they can click on the button and enter an order number.

Hub apps are brand new to Re:amaze and there are a few to choose from:

  • FAQ Search
  • Order ID Lookup
  • Recent Conversations

We will be adding more Hub apps soon!

Support sending HTML files as attachments

You can now send HTML files as individual attachments in Re:amaze. Previously, HTML documents would open in a new tab and the browser would attempt to render the file. Not so anymore!

Event notification for sent satisfaction survey

Do you have customer satisfaction surveys turned on for your Re:amaze email channels? Wondering if a particular resolved conversation received a survey? You can now easily see this as an event notification inside the conversation.
