  • 35% report an even mix of online and in-store shopping
  • Post Coronavirus 28% of shoppers say they will continue to shop primarily online, with 39% saying they will shop both online and in-store
  • 64% of shoppers indicated they wanted mobile and contactless pickup options available to them
  • 79% said that a retailer offering contactless store pickup is very important
  • 90% of consumers preferred home delivery 
  • 80% said they would be likely to use digital communications with store associates
