Re:amaze Workflows Now Supports Cloning to Improve Support Automation

Use workflows much? We bet you do. Workflows is an important part of Re:amaze’s support automation process so you can easily handle a wide variety of incoming customer service requests. By leveraging workflows, you’re allowing Re:amaze to handle lots of tasks automatically either with agent involvement or without.

With so many workflows in action, our team is trying to make it easier for you to create multiple workflows based on the same underlying rules and conditions. That’s why we’re introducing workflow cloning!

You can now easily create a master workflow and clone it repeatedly and make small changes to the workflow triggers or rules. Check it out now by going to Re:amaze Settings > Automation > Workflows.
