Creating Duplicate Orders

You can now create a duplicate order for customers directly in Re:amaze when using the Shopify integration.

This latest update will allow you to duplicate an existing customer order. On each order, click the gear icon, and the ‘Duplicate order’ link. This should pre-populate the Draft Order with the same details from the order it’s being duplicated from. Once the Draft Order is saved, you can click the ‘Complete’ button to mark the draft order as a completed order and if no payment is necessary.

Creating Cues That Target Customers With Items In Cart

You can now easily create Cues that only fire if there is something in the customer’s shopping cart! This rule leverages Shopify Liquid Rules but we’ve made it super easy for you to implement.

This is great for creating cart abandonment campaigns where you only want to message the customer IF they have items in their shopping cart but have not yet checked out.

Try out this new Cue rule under Re:amaze Settings > Website Integrations > Cues.
