Weekly update time! Re:amaze has been undergoing a lot of changes lately and we’ve got details on each!

Embeddable Builder

The updated Embeddable Builder is something you should constantly keep up with. Not only will you be able to take advantage of new features through the Shoutbox/Chatbox but you’ll be able to offer your customers a better overall experience as new features get added.

Brand Faces – You can now use custom, non-staff avatars to greet customers interacting with your Shoutbox and Lightbox

Updated Contact Modes – You can now leverage Office Hours to change when to ask for name and email.

New Shoutbox Hub – The ability to set a home screen experience using different apps for your Re:amaze Chat experience. The first app available now is the FAQ. Re:amaze will soon support other apps for your Hub so stay tuned!

Satisfaction Survey Sent Event Notifications

Re:amaze will now show an event entry for surveys that have been sent for a particular resolved and/or archived conversation.

Connected External Contact Form

You can now re-link the contact form that lives on your Re:amaze FAQ to an existing Re:amaze powered contact form.

Live Dashboard User City Location

The Live Dashboard will now show a user’s city location directly without having to access the customer profile.
