New Workflow Trigger For Shopify Order Values

You can now create automated workflows using Shopify data, which now includes Customer Order Value.

This means, when customers message you or email you using an email address that’s associated with an order, Re:amaze will check their total order value before deciding if a workflow should be run. This new trigger will allow you to process and/or reply to different segments of customers based on their order value.

For example:

IF the incoming message channel is email

AND subject line contains “Where’s my order”

AND Shopify customer order value is “Greater than $500”

THEN command Re:amaze to do X, Y, and Z.
