New Workflow Rule For Customer Verification

Last Updated on December 1, 2020 by David

There is now a brand new Workflow rule that will allow you to verify a customer before a Workflow can be triggered. The rule is under IF conditions and titled “User is Verified”. See below for example.

Certain Workflows in Re:amaze are designed to reveal sensitive customer information such as data generated by Dynamic Variables. These variables can content data such as shipping addresses, order numbers, and more.

If you want to enforce customers to log in before they can receive automated replies from your Re:amaze Workflows including sensitive data then we highly recommend turning this setting on!

This rule is optional and is not required for implementing Workflows with Dynamic Variables. If the “User is Verified” rule is not included, Workflows will trigger for customers who message you and matches other rules. IF the “User is Verified” rule is included, then Workflows will only trigger for users that are logged in and authenticated.
