New Workflow Conditions And Commands For Forwarded Conversations

Forwarding conversations in Re:amaze can be a very important action when you need to bring in a 3rd party for help or when you need to inform another person outside of the current conversation.

If you’d like to automate specific actions in Re:amaze after a conversation is forwarded you can now use the new “When a message is forwarded” condition and the new command for “if forward recipient is”.

For example, you may automatically tag a conversation or assign it to another agent when Re:amaze detects that a conversation has been forwarded.
