Feature update time! Take a look at the latest and greatest improvements to the Re:amaze platform.

FAQ  Added to Social Icons

You can now show your FAQ as part of the social icons list in your Shoutbox. If your FAQ public is enabled, this will automatically show up in your Shoutbox. If your FAQ public site is not enabled, the social icon for your FAQ will be disabled.

Toggle for Social Icons

You can now determine which social icons to show in your Shoutbox and which social icons to hide. To enable or disable, simply go to the settings menu for the respective social channel.

Emoji Support for Embeddable and Cues Builder

You can now easily add your favorite emojis to your Re:amaze Embeds and Cues by simply hitting the “:” key. The emoji quick access menu will appear and you can select from the list!

Manual Smart Assign (Round Robin)

Smart Assign is a new feature you can use to automatically assign a conversation to another staff member without having to pick any specific person. This will assign conversations in a “round robin” manner. Re:amaze will take the conversation(s) and distribute them to the staff member that has the fewest number of unresolved conversations open.

Smart Assign for Workflows

Smart Assign is also available as an automated workflow command so you can completely automate the assignment of conversations for a particular channel or even a subset of conversations within a channel. For example, if you’d like to have Re:amaze automatically assign conversations to staff members for the support@acmecompany.com email channel, simply set the trigger to:
