We’ve added a brand new personal filter to help you navigate to and find conversations that contain internal notes addressed to you!
Internal notes are an important part of getting work done. When your teammates need you, the easiest thing to do is to add an internal note and address it to you. However, these can pile up throughout the day and week. To help you find these more easily, we’ve added a dedicated filter under “Me” called “Mentioned”. Clicking on this filter will allow Re:amaze to find all conversations where you were mentioned.
In addition, you can click on the “Show unresolved only” option in the filter description to display only conversations that are still open and unresolved.
