Reports Now Support Multi-Channel Select Across Brands

Last Updated on June 9, 2023 by Tony Fowler

We’ve got great news for you! In reporting, we’re excited to introduce you to the newest multi-channel select feature update. Our multi-channel selection feature enables you to combine and filter multiple channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Aircall, Twitter, Twilio (SMS), etc.) across your brand(s) in reporting.

This makes it easier to generate reports across several channels for multiple and even individual brands. You won’t have to gather numerous reports in order to get a bird’s eye view of everything. This multi-channel select option is available for any report that allows ‘scope’ to channel. A few examples of those reports and the new feature are demonstrated in the images below.

Plus, here are a few key takeaways to make note of before you try this new feature out. You are capable of bulk selecting channels by brand(s), so you will not have to select one by one. To do that simply click on the ‘scope’ search bar > select the brand(s) of choice > select any other channel(s) or brand(s) you want > generate report. To further demonstrate this, take a look at the short video below.

Lastly, you can type in the channel to filter the search too. If you know which channels you want off the top of your head then do not bother with scrolling, just type it in and select. Then generate the report with all the channels within the brand(s) of your choosing. Take a look at the video to see how it works.   Try it now.
