The AI FAQ Bot<\/a> helps customers find answers by automatically replying with relevant FAQ content based on their questions. It uses AI to understand the context of each message\u2014including follow-ups\u2014and responds with a tailored answer pulled from your help articles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of relying on basic keyword matching, the bot intelligently selects the most relevant article and crafts a helpful reply using content from that article. A link to the full article is included in the response, so customers can dive deeper if they need more detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AI FAQ Bot stays up to date as you make changes to your FAQs\u2014no manual syncing required. It\u2019s a hands-off way to reduce repetitive questions and help customers find answers faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
