In reporting, we&#8217;re excited to introduce you to the newest multi-channel\u00a0select\u00a0feature update. Our multi-channel\u00a0selection feature enables you to combine and filter multiple channels (e.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/aircall.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aircall<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.twitter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.twilio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twilio (SMS)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reamaze.com\/integrations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">etc.<\/a>) across your\u00a0brand(s) in reporting.<\/p>\n<p id=\"8e7ce432-9ecf-41aa-8f15-1d9a9ae7bfac\" class=\"quill-block\">This makes it easier to generate reports across several channels for multiple and even\u00a0individual brands. You won&#8217;t have to gather numerous reports in order to get a bird&#8217;s eye view of everything. This multi-channel\u00a0select option is available for any report that allows\u00a0&#8216;scope&#8217; to channel. To do that simply click on the &#8216;scope&#8217; search bar &gt; select the <em><strong>brand(s)<\/strong><\/em> of choice &gt; select any other channel(s) or brand(s) you want &gt; generate report.
