This text is customizable in your Brand settings. This is an experience many of you are familiar with since each step of the chatbot flow will include a &#8220;Talk to a Human&#8221; option.\u00a0However, this makes complex and important chatbot flows less effective if an end user can simply skip and bypass the experience. This option will give you, the business owner, more control over when your customer can skip the chatbot.<\/p>\n<p>This update also makes it easier for online merchants to provide high quality customer service and create positive customer experiences in the long run by making sure customers stay engaged.
