You can now add reminders to Re:amaze conversations and easily edit an existing reminder or clear\/reset the reminder if it&#8217;s no longer needed.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, you can make these changes to conversations in bulk. If you need to edit a bulk selection of\u00a0conversations&#8217; reminders you can now do this in the dashboard view and customer view. You no longer have to edit a conversation one by one if you do not need to.<\/p>\n<p>Editing a reminder will not change the state of the conversation (on-hold) but will update the conversation event timeline.
