Re:amaze now supports the ability to check for customer orders across any store within the Shopify data module. Simply look for the prompt that a particular customer is a shopper from another store and use the dropdown menu to select the store you want to review.<\/p>\n
In the example below, “John”, the customer, is a shopper at both Acme Company A as well as Acme Company B. This is because John used the same email address as his identity to shop at both stores. Keep in mind that this feature will only appear if Re:amaze can look-up the same customer email address for the stores that you have connected to Re:amaze.<\/p>\n
