We wanted to completely eliminate those issues, and find a solution\u00a0that was\u00a0easy for our team to learn and use, and that actually worked.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>What were some customer expectations you absolutely needed to fulfill?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When customers reach out for us for technical support, we want to be able to offer them a much better experience; simply\u00a0starting off\u00a0by\u00a0acknowledging and confirming that we have received their messages.
