Namely:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can rest assured you haven\u2019t lost valuable client feedback as a result of human error;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time and money saved by the removal of tedious manual tasks can be put to better use in your company.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Getting started with integration<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To create this <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zapier.com\/zapbook\/updates\/507\/process-street-integrations\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">integration<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we\u2019ll be using <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zapier.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zapier<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zapier is a tool that specializes in allowing you to effortlessly link 1,000s of business software apps together, including pretty much all of your typical day-to-day applications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It does this with \u201cZaps\u201d, which is just another way of saying integration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this article, I\u2019ll be going through each of the steps to set up a working integration between Process Street and Re:amaze, to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.reamaze.com\/2019\/07\/22\/reamaze-automation-worfkflows-and-macros-now-apply-to-all-brands\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">automate<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the client onboarding process.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Breaking down the different parts of a Zap<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zaps are made up of a couple of important parts: triggers and actions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Triggers are the events that cause Zapier to think \u201cOh! I need to do something now\u201d, and actions are what happens as a result.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first step is to create a new Zap. Head on over to Zapier and create an account if you haven\u2019t already. Then, click the \u201cMake a Zap!\u201d button on the top right corner of the screen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this case, we want to set the trigger to be whenever a new contact for a specific list in Re:amaze is added, and the resulting action to be running a specific checklist in Process Street.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Setting up Re:amaze as the trigger<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Search for \u201cReamaze\u201d and select it.
