If workload distribution among your staff is a top priority, the smart assign option through an automated Workflow has been the best solution.<\/p>\n<p>To make this process easier, we&#8217;ve made an update to Classic Live Chat so that even workflow distribution is more easily accomplished. This feature update is for\u00a0\u201cAuto Assign Chats\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Having the &#8220;Auto Assign Chats&#8221;\u00a0option turned on will make it so that\u00a0Re:amaze Classic Live Chat conversations will be Smart Assigned amongst available staff. An automated Workflow for smart assigning chats is no longer needed.
