By default, bots will auto escalate after 5 minutes of inactivity if the user has not answered\u00a0any bot messages. You can enable this new setting if you want all unanswered bot conversations to escalate to staff.<\/li>\n<li>Chatbots can now be disabled during your office hours. By default, when enabled, Chatbots are available to help customers 24\/7.
