Well now you can! Introducing Departments for Re:amaze (only available for Plus and Legacy-Plus plans).<\/p>\n<p>Create and add team members to a department (i.e. Engineering, Sales, etc.). With the implementation of Departments on Re:amaze, you can now reassign conversations to a Department rather than a specific person. Departments can then\u00a0easily view and\u00a0collaborate on conversations that are meant for them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Set Up Departments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can access Departments through Settings\u00a0&gt; Account Settings &gt; Departments. Create and add team members to Departments. Don&#8217;t worry if your company\u00a0tends to have floaters that don&#8217;t work in just one Department.
