Customers might leave an\u00a0invalid email address, there could be a typo in their email address (johnsmith@gmal.com), their inbox might be full, etc.<\/p>\n<p>An event notification is now added to your Re:amaze conversation if your email reply becomes undeliverable due to one of the reasons mentioned above.<\/p>\n<p>The assigned agent to the conversation will also receive a staff email notification informing them that their reply was undelivered.
